Delivery
Items will only be delivered to the address specified in the ordering process.
Items will be delivered within 30 days of order and upon receipt of full payment.
All items are insured against loss and damage during delivery.

Damaged goods
Notification of damaged goods must be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt.
Damaged goods must be returned via suitably insured first class special delivery.
Where refunds owing to damaged goods are due these will be made within 30 days of receipt of original order payment and upon receipt of the returned items.

Refunds will only be made for goods which were damaged prior to or during delivery to the customer.
